Scope & offers

Individual tutoring in STEM, Humanities, and College Readiness. The full service catalog lists the approved subjects and levels.

A single 60-minute session is $50. Monthly tutoring is $175 per student for 4 60-minute sessions per billing cycle.

The $300 college-prep-plus-tutoring offer includes 4 one-hour sessions per month, a free 60-minute intake session, and 4 college essay draft thorough reviews and feedback sessions.

Essay support covers brainstorming, outlining, drafting guidance, and revision in the student's own voice. It does not include writing a student's essay, unlimited reviews, or guaranteed admissions or scores.

Payment & booking

Payment for weekly sessions and monthly tutoring packages is due in advance. Weekly sessions must be paid for before the scheduled session; monthly packages must be paid for before the first session of the applicable month. Sessions are confirmed once payment is received.

Accepted payment methods include Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Cash App. Please include the student’s name and the session date or billing month with your payment.

For online single-session booking, payment is collected within Cal.com through Stripe. For an agreed monthly package, use the package payment action on Register when available. Contact Khari to arrange another accepted method; there are no payment handles published here.

Monthly packages & between-session support

Each monthly package includes:

• Four one-hour live tutoring sessions per month.
• Up to 10 asynchronous check-ins or questions per week, combined, for help between sessions.

Asynchronous support allows students to ask questions, clarify concepts, and check their progress without scheduling an additional live session. Responses are provided outside live sessions; this service does not guarantee an immediate response.

Monthly cancellations & refunds

Monthly packages require a minimum commitment of two sessions per student.

Students who discontinue their monthly package may receive a $75 partial refund if their cancellation request is received before the third session begins. The remaining payment covers the two-session minimum commitment, and the cancellation ends access to the unused portion of the package.

Once the third session begins, the monthly package is no longer eligible for this cancellation refund. Send cancellation requests to info@learningwithkhair.com.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice by emailing info@learningwithkhair.com. A replacement session will be arranged based on availability.

Branding & personalized study materials

All Learning with Khair branding—including its name, logos, and branded designs—remains the property of Learning with Khair. Enrollment does not grant permission to use this branding to promote another business or imply an endorsement or affiliation.

Students may use, print, and modify study materials created specifically for them for their own learning. They may retain these materials and continue using them after tutoring ends.

This permission does not transfer ownership of Learning with Khair branding or authorize the sale, public distribution, or commercial use of these materials without prior written permission.

Renewals & package dates

Monthly tutoring is a one-time package purchase. Renewal requires a separate agreement and payment. A fifth meeting is not automatically included.

After checkout, Khari verifies successful payment in Stripe, records four credits, and confirms four dates with the family. Package dates do not require another per-session charge. A visit to the next-steps page or a receipt screenshot is not payment verification.
