This describes the current website design and intended provider setup. The owner needs to confirm actual retention, account settings, and handling practices before launch. It is not a claim of legal compliance.
This website
This is a static information website. It has no student accounts, intake database, card-entry form, advertising tracker, or analytics script added by Learning with Khair. The subject selector and resource filters operate in the page; they do not submit intake records or save them in browser storage.
When hosted, Cloudflare serves the pages and may process technical request information such as IP address, requested page, browser information, and time to deliver and secure the site. Fonts and the tutor portrait are served with the site. The site does not load a Cal.com or YouTube widget automatically.
Booking on Cal.com
Booking links take you to Cal.com. Its booking form collects the name and contact email you enter, meeting details, and any intake answers such as subject, course level, and learning goal. These are intended to help Khari arrange and prepare for your session. Cal.com and the connected calendar provider handle the booking and related notifications under their own settings.
For a minor student, use the parent or guardian's contact email. Share only what is needed to arrange tutoring; do not include sensitive records in the learning-goal field. Cal.com has its own privacy policy.
Payments with Stripe
A paid individual booking uses Stripe within the Cal.com flow. An available package button takes you to a Stripe-hosted Payment Link. Stripe collects checkout and payment details. Card details are not collected or stored by this website.
Khari checks the payment status in Stripe and records the agreed package credits privately. A redirect to the package next-steps page does not confirm payment. Stripe explains its practices in its privacy policy.
YouTube resources
Videos, when published, are ordinary links to YouTube. No YouTube player, thumbnail request, or autoplay runs on this website. Clicking a video link takes you to YouTube, where its service and your account settings apply. See Google's privacy policy.
Email & package records
Emailing info@learningwithkhair.com sends your message through your email provider and the owner's email service. Khari uses those messages to discuss tutoring, scheduling, and payment questions. Share only the information needed for that conversation.
Package payments, dates, and remaining credits are reconciled in an owner-maintained private record outside the public website. The intended record uses a family reference, contact email, Stripe payment reference and verified status, agreed dates, credits used, and any refund adjustments. Actual storage, access, and retention periods require owner confirmation.
